WHEN? Every Wednesday between 10.30am-11.30am.
COST? It is FREE to play! Colchester United Football in the Community have partnered up with Active Essex to run a walking football session for anyone who has a neurological or mobility issue, to give them a chance to incorporate low-level physical activity in their lives in a safe and inclusive manner.
