Description:
Empowering stroke survivors, their families and friends to reclaim their lives and ambitions through active support. Survivors who can walk with or without a stick can join in the exercise.
This exercise group is down at the

First to have lunch together in the upstairs bit of a doctors surgery (there's a lift most of us use), a chat and catch up, then go to the Gym where we have our own room for Stroke specific exercises on a soft floor.
