Manchester Mayhem Para Ice Hockey

Description:

The Manchester Mayhem are the regions only Para Ice Hockey Club. We offer an inclusive full contact sport. We have both disabled and able bodied players, from new starters to GB internationals, so no matter what level you are, you will always be welcome. We play nationwide in the British Para Ice Hockey League & Play Offs. Our training sessions are currently bi-weekly at Widnes Ice Rink, 8:30-9:30pm.

Attending the club:

Your first two sessions are free, then you will need to register with the league as a player (can play games and train) or just to train. We do charge a monthly subs rate, but this will only be applicable once you have had your 2 free sessions and will start at a lower cost, to help with potential equipment purchases as you get in to the sport more.

Equipment:

We can provide equipment to start, so all you need really is something you don't mind getting sweaty in! As you progress, we do ask that players start to look at getting their own equipment, so we can continue to use our current equipment for newer players later on. Many players will have spare kit they will happily donate as they upgrade to newer equipment...so always a bargain to be had!

Regular group meeting times:
Bi-weekly, Tuesdays evenings, 8:30-9:30pm
